In previous years, Nutrition Educators have conducted cooking demonstrations at area farmers markets as well food preservation workshops focused on freezing and drying techniques, canning tomatoes, and homemade holiday gift giving ideas with an underlying theme of utilizing locally grown ingredients whenever possible.
