The purpose of the Cape Cod Cooperative Extension Native Plant Sale is to educate the public about our local native plants and encourage their use in the home landscape. Native plants are important for our local ecology. They provide resources for wildlife and maintain biodiversity. Native plants provide food and shelter for local wildlife, especially birds and pollinators like our native bees and butterflies. They are great for the home landscape. They are well adapted to our soils, climate, and native pests.
Orders and payment must be received by March 18th. Pickup dates are April 20th and April 21st at the Cape Cod Extension Farm Office (located in the rear of the Cape Cod Organic Farm) from 10 to 2.
