Note to self: Long lines at the collection are a product of
participants not auditing what they bring. Please review your stash of
hazardous products-some may be less hazardous than you think. Review the list of "What not to accept," which is
enclosed. Lines at the collection move right along when you do your
bit. Thank you. Click here for a fact sheet on the Use, Storage, and Disposal of Household Cleaning Products!

Hazardous products in my home? Conduct an audit! Many common products contain hazardous ingredients. Paints, solvents, drain
openers, pool chemicals, used motor oil and pesticides are a few of the products that may be hazardous to your health or to our environment.

2008 Hazardous Products Collection Dates
Dates for all the HHP collections on Cape Cod for the 2008 Collection season. Lines at the collection move right along when you only bring Household Hazardous Waste/Products. Lines at the collection back up when HHP has to be sorted from non-hazardous products. Conducting an audit is not only educational for you, but VERY helpful for the speed of the collection. Thank you.
