Healthy Lunch Bunch
Cape Cod Municipal Health Group and Cape Cod Cooperative Extension have a new offering for CCMHG units. We are happy to present the "Healthy Lunch Bunch" to you to promote healthy eating and answer your nutrition questions.
Unit leaders will choose a topic for a workshop from the menu provided, reserve a date and room, and Cape Cod Cooperative Extension will provide flyers with workshop details to distribute to your employees. Workshops are suited for a lunch hour timeframe, but if another time works better, we can be flexible. The session will include a short slide show, cooking demonstration, nutrition fact sheets and recipes to take home.
Please call 508-375-6884 to reserve your lunch date, as there are a limited number of workshops available. Nutrition educator Kim Concra, LDN will coordinate with unit leaders for the Healthy Lunch Bunch workshops.
