Mission
To provide educational programs and materials that
enable people to make informed decisions and take
actions to preserve or enhance the quality, productivity
and sustainability of natural resources and
natural systems
Strengthen the capacity within communities to identify
and effectively address natural resource issues
through education, training, technical assistance,
and grant funds, when available
Provide comprehensive continuing education and
training programs for local officials, natural resource
professionals and educators
To prevent tick borne illnesses, including Lyme disease,
babesiosis, and anaplasmosis via education,
surveillance and deer tick intervention on Cape Cod,
Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket |
Educational MaterialsA variety of educational materials are available including a tick id card (in Spanish and Portuguese), posters, rack cards, property management guide and children's activity booklet. Although the items are all free of charge, quantities are limited.
