Assistance to Green Industry

Our educational programs for Green Industry Professionals and Municipal Employees focus on teaching practices, principals, and plant materials that will enable landscapers, garden center employees and other green industry professionals as well as municipal employees to reduce inputs of water and chemicals on landscapes and other agricultural lands. Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is the basis for our educational efforts to provide scientifically accurate and environmentally sound information on the management of urban and suburban landscapes.

Workshops

Cape Cod Cooperative Extension will periodically conduct workshops on timely topics for Green Industry professionals and municipal employees.  Upcoming workshops will be posted here and in the event calendar.

The Landscape Message

The Landscape Message is an educational newsletter intended to guide landscape, nursery and urban forestry professionals in identifying pests in the landscape, monitoring their development, planning management strategies and creating site-specific records for future management reference.
