Mission
The Hazardous Waste & Water Quality Program provides public education and regional collection programs to address the needs associated with household hazardous materials. The ultimate goal of the Hazardous Material and Water Quality program is to prevent hazardous products from entering Cape Cod.s environment through public education and regional collection programs.
Regulations for Sharps Collection
The Massachusetts State Legislature has mandated that used Sharps be collected by every town in the Commonwealth by July 1, 2012. Click here for the regulation.
